It’s the little things that turn out to be not so little… like instilling in our young girls AND boys that “like a girl” may seem like a harmless “little” insult, but it actually continues a gender bias and stereotype that affects a girl’s self confidence. That’s exactly what Always is doing. The company has created the on-point #LikeAGirl Campaign to flip this gender bias. Check out their Superbowl Ad here or watch the full 3-minute commercial below! I went to NYU for Film & TV and had the entrepreneur’s spirit since being a tot when I contracted chores out to my older sister for a profit (ha!).
