Water is the single most important element in sustaining life on planet Earth. No wonder it’s the thing our bodies need more than anything else. Drinking 8 glasses of water each day helps keep your skin clear, supports good metabolism, gives you more energy, boosts your immune system, and actually puts you in a better mood. That’s enough convincing for us… how about you?
Oh, and if you can, opt for filling up reusable water bottles from filtered taps. Plastic water bottles are creating a huge environmental problem. Nearly 90 percent of water bottles are not recycled and wind up in landfills where it takes thousands of years for the plastic to decompose.”
